We raise Broad-breasted White Turkeys, the same breed you generally find in the grocery store freezers. The difference in our product is that we raise them on pasture in a more natural setting. They begin as tiny poults in a heated brooder, are moved to hoop houses on pasture as they grow feathers, then graduate to open pasture when they are large enough to thwart local birds of prey.
Turkeys are generally processed the Monday before Thanksgiving, so you can expect a fresh bird for your holiday table. Due to limited numbers, order by August 1st to assure your quality turkey.
